My Therapeutic Approach

My goal is to help you reclaim your innate tools for growth, starting exactly where you are. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, you’re not alone. These experiences are universal, but they don’t have to isolate you.

I offer an integrative approach to therapy, blending psychodynamic, existential, IFS, and ACT methods. Together, we’ll explore your values, build practical strategies, and foster insight-empowering you to live with greater self-awareness, resilience, and purpose. If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to support you.

  • I work primarily with adults and older adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and challenges related to identity, relationships, and meaning. I particularly enjoy working with intellectually curious individuals who tend to analyze and intellectualize their experiences, helping them move from abstract thought into deeper emotional engagement. Additionally, I have experience supporting individuals navigating life transitions, social anxiety, creative blocks, and existential concerns.

  • Under the supervision of Stephanie Franzoni, LCPC, CST, I support individuals and couples navigating challenges related to sexual dysfunction. My primary areas of focus include erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and building sexual confidence.

  • Outside the therapy space, I have a number of creative interests including music, art, and woodworking. I consider myself a passionate maker-of-things. I like being outside, and in any tolerably non-freezing weather, I enjoy backpacking / camping, though the so-called Chicagoland is regrettably not the best place for this.  I'm also fortunate to have a number of good friends and family nearby, and I enjoy spending time with them whenever possible.
