We carefully select our cohort with the future in mind—we love watching our interns grow and routinely hire our graduates onto the team as full-time clinicians.

Shift 3 (weekend or weekday): virtual 2pm-9pm or 11am-7pm

In addition to your clinical hours, you will participate in weekly and monthly professional development:
Weekly Supervision (1–2 hours total):
Team Supervision: Tuesdays from 11:00 AM – 11:53 AM with the whole team.
Small Group Supervision: A separate session with your direct supervisor and a small group (maximum of 3 interns).
Monthly Couples Training: 1 hour, held virtually on the last Thursday of every month at 11:00 AM.
Continuing Education (CE): 2–4 hours a week dedicated to watching CE videos or reading.
The Perk: All training materials are fully provided by the practice to help you specialize and become a well-rounded therapist in couples counseling, neurodivergence, and sex therapy.

At Snow Lake, we believe in supporting our clinical interns through both advanced training and financial compensation. We recognize how demanding graduate school can be, which is why we are proud to be one of the few practices that pays our interns.
You will receive $25 per session for any session booked at $60 or above. As part of our commitment to community care, you will also provide pro bono and sliding scale services ($30–$100) to individuals with limited resources, as well as support clients using insurance.
