The clinicians at Snow Lake Counseling PLLC are in-network with BCBS-PPO, Optum, United Healthcare, Cigna, TriCare West and Aetna.

We are considered out-of-network for all other insurance plans, including BCBS-HMO, Medicaid and Medicare, and do not accept EAPs. We have limited sliding scale availability with our clinical interns. A superbill is available for those seeking reimbursement for OON services or for those who do not wish to use their insurance.
