The psychotherapists at Snow Lake Counseling PLLC are in-network with BCBS PPO, Optum/United Healthcare, Cigna, and Aetna. We are considered out-of-network for all other insurance plans, including BCBS-HMO, Medicaid and Medicare, and do not accept EAPs.
