My Therapeutic Approach

Life is hard. It can really knock us down and have us reeling from the unexpected. Sometimes, having support can be a tool to help us navigate these challenging circumstances. Whether that is learning how to rebuild intimacy and fuel your sex life, exploring a new diagnosis, or dealing with the intense amount of daily stress, I'm here to support you.

My approach combines humor, education, and traditional talk therapy to help you achieve your goals and find a path to mental and sexual wellness that feels right for you.

As a South Asian clinician, I understand the unique pressures of perfectionism and the feeling of imposter syndrome that can come from navigating dual identities. I am here to assist you in finding who you are while navigating multiple cultures, perfectionist tendencies, and neurodivergence.

Finding the right therapist is the most important step. The relationship we build is my highest priority, and I am dedicated to creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. To ensure we're a good fit, I invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation through my online portal. Let's connect.

“Healing isn't about getting back to who you were before. It's about coming to terms with the new you, the one who survived a storm. It's about accepting that some days will be challenging, and that's okay. It's not a race and certainly not a competition.”

Stuck on a merry-go-round of the same old arguments? It's easy to feel more like roommates than partners when communication goes off track. Many couples believe they're talking, but end up feeling more disconnected and lonely.

I'm here to help you get off that ride! I'll guide you beyond those surface-level conflicts to the core feelings that have built a wall around your intimacy. Think of me less as a referee and more as your trail guide, helping each of you take accountability while creating a space where you can finally feel seen and heard by your partner.

We'll work together to challenge those well-worn patterns and introduce fresh perspectives, whether you're navigating sexual difficulties, healing from betrayals, or exploring new relationship structures. It's time to stop the loop and start building the cohesion, safety, and intimacy you both deserve.
